Delete your Bichário account

In the app, signed in:

  1. Open the Settings tab.
  2. Tap "Delete account".
  3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate.

No access to the app? Ask for deletion by email, sent from the account address. We answer within 7 days.

Deleted: the account, the pets you own and all their records (vaccines, medications, weights, vet visits, photos and attachments), caregiver links and the emergency card. Pets someone else shared with you stay with them. Backups are discarded within 30 days.
