The service

Bichário helps you keep track of your pets’ health: vaccines, medications, weights, vet visits, photos, reminders and the emergency card.

The app does not replace a veterinarian. Reminders and records depend on what you enter; always follow the professional’s guidance.

Account

You are responsible for the information you keep and for what you share through the emergency card and caregiver links.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete account.

Plans and subscription

The free plan includes 1 pet, 12 months of history and the emergency card. Bichário Premium unlocks unlimited pets, the whole history and higher limits for photos, attachments and caregiver links.

Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play, to your store account. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

When there is a free trial, billing starts at the end of the trial unless you cancel before.

You cancel and manage the subscription in the settings of your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting your Bichário account does not cancel the subscription in the store.

Refunds follow the rules of the store where you subscribed.

If the subscription ends, no data is deleted: the pets you already have stay in the app, and the free plan limits apply again to new pets and to the history.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to keep illegal content, to deceive other people or to try to access data of other accounts.

Liability

The app is offered as is. We do our best to keep it working and the data safe, but we cannot promise it never fails. Notifications may not ring if the phone is off or notifications are turned off.
